Benjamin was, technically speaking, our "day-of" coordinator, but he did SO much more! Long before our wedding he sat down with us and walked through every minute of the day: where we’d both be before the ceremony, details needed for the ceremony and reception – everything! Things I never would have thought of, that without Benjamin's help, would have been hasty afterthoughts or missed altogether…and he stayed involved with us as our go-to guy every step of the way. As a bride, the last thing you should be dealing with on your wedding day is: will the flowers show up? What does this vendor still need? Will the décor be how we specified? Is the cake on time? Photographer? Music? Gifts? Favors? The list seems never-ending!

We had complete and total peace of mind with Benjamin as our coordinator. On my wedding day, I could enjoy the moments and relax with my friends and family. Benjamin was integral to making our wedding day wonderful!

I can literally say our wedding day was the happiest day of my life. And Benjamin had a big hand in making that statement true. Before planning my wedding I was very concerned about costs and details. I had no idea where to begin. First I tried looking through bridal magazines, but that only made me feel overwhelmed and, lets face it, broke. Benjamin was able to get me organized. He helped me to narrow down exactly what I wanted and needed for the ceremony and reception. The results were perfectly suited for me and my fiancé. If Benjamin wasn't there to help guide and direct the ceremony everything probably would've ended in disaster. Benjamin took the reins and I didn't have to worry about a thing. On the day of the wedding, Benjamin was there to make sure everything planned went seamlessly. He handled the caterers, flowers, the procession and I'm sure a million other things I didn't notice. He made sure we didn't have to stress about anything. We were so happy with the service Benjamin provided and will recommend him to anybody.

I live in Houston, TX and Benjamin came down to help me prepare for the biggest day of my life. Nothing was off limits; I didn't need to worry about anything at all. On my big day, I knew deep in my heart that the only thing I would have to worry about was not crying like a baby when I laid eyes on the love of my life! Benjamin arranged everything so perfectly and made it feel as if I had done it myself! I wanted things to be magical and that's exactly how I felt. We were most impressed with how quickly and thoroughly Benjamin worked on every aspect of our wedding. No matter the size or style of your event, Benjamin can enhance it, and free you to really enjoy your big day. We thought that we could handle our wedding ourselves because it was relatively small and simple, but eventually we became overwhelmed by all the vendors and details. One thing that really impressed me about Benjamin was that he was very organized and enthusiastic. He had creative ideas and was very good at decorating and suggesting color combinations. He also helped by coordinating with the photographer about the day’s schedule events. Benjamin helped guests move from one activity to the next and made the day run smoothly. I didn't have to worry about where I was supposed to be or what I had to do next. He managed to keep me focused on enjoying the experience, and if he hadn't been there, I imagine that I would have been much tenser and even more teary-eyed!

As a bride who wants everything just so, it was very nice to know that Benjamin was there for me when I couldn't get all the details to fall into place. I was very fortunate to have him offer his services on such a special day for me. I felt like I could relax and really enjoy my day knowing I had someone to handle the mini-crisis’s that occur with a big event. His warm personality, his attention to detail and work ethic really make for an ideal event planner.
