The Elegant is a day-of package designed for the couple who has (mostly) everything planned! Our excellent wedding planners are prepared to take the reigns so that you can simply enjoy your big day. We will handle the dinner rehearsal, provide itineraries & timelines, confirm vendor arrivals, and make certain that everything runs smoothly. The Elegant: Day-Of Coordinator Package
- FREE event consultation with bride + groom
- One (1) advanced visit to the ceremony and reception locations
- Up to three (3) additional consultations prior to the wedding [ by request ]
- Offer ideas and creative guidance regarding the event design
- Confirmation of all vendor balances and arrival times
- Organize and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal [ two (2) hour maximum ]
- Provide timelines, event checklists + important contact information
- Unlimited phone + email + text correspondence
- Minimum six (6) hours on-site on the wedding day
- Act as the main point of contact for all vendors and staff
- Distribute final payments on behalf of couple
- Distribute bouquets + boutonnières
- Coordinate with guest and answer questions
- Help transport items from ceremony to reception
- Provide Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Orchestrate the Ceremony flow
- Orchestrate the Reception flow
- Assist with decor + setup for ceremony and reception

- Attend to needs of the couple and bridal party
